  Hi there,

  You can delete that text from the excerpt field to the left of the post editor for that post, under “More Options”.

  Just a small correction. “More Options” is under Post settings which is to the right of post editor.
  You can delete the text as suggested by @garysixtyeight. Also, go through the line for better understanding.
