my home page disappeared and my Setting->Reading went to Latest Blog instead of Static Page

  Yesterday my site started to show the latest blog instead of my home page and when I inspected my WordPress, my page was nowhere to be found. It could’ve not be accidentally deleted because I could not find it in the trash either. Could this have been caused by a malfunction of the theme or some issue with the site’s database? I have no idea about what might have caused this.

  Hello,
  Have you tried de-activating your theme and activating it again? You could also try doing this with any plugins you have installed.
  If neither of these work, perhaps you can try clearing your browser’s cache. If you have a wordpress caching plugin installed, you can try clearing that as well.

  Thank you for your suggestions. I had to deactivate my cache plugin and run Thrive Architect Project Lightspeed. Not sure if the plugin deactivation and reactivation had anything to do with it.
