  When I click to go on my homepage (http://relaxingmusicstudios.com) it is a black page that is completely unfinished, but when I click on one of the other choices, then click back to the homepage it is okay, except it is (http://relaxingmusicstudios.com/?page_id=1342). This is not my homepage address.

  Correct account: Yes

  Have you tried the following steps?

  •

  Clearing your cache and cookies

  •

  Using annother device or browser.

  •

  Using annother internet connection.

  Okay. So if you try (http://relaxingmusicstudios.com) you will see that it is blank but when you click on the home button at the top, it goes to the right homepage but the address is (http://relaxingmusicstudios.com/?page_id=1342). This is not my homepage address.

  Is your site running on wordpress.com or wordpress.org?

  I have just tried to log into WordPress.org and it says it does not recognise my email

  First I am logging into Bluehost, then from there logging directly into WordPress. But it does not say which one.

  Hi there!

  It doesn’t look like relaxingmusicstudios.com is a registered domain. In any case, if you’re paying Bluehost for hosting, your site is hosted with them, not with WordPress.com.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting, like Bluehost.

  You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:

  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.

  That said, I’d suggest you post at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there will likely have more experience with issues like yours :)
