  Hi! Cannot access my homepage any longer. There is just ‘error’ texts. How do I solve this. Regards Jenny

  Thanks for that! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  Looking at the error message on your homepage, you have a problem with the wp-db-backup plugin. You would need to log in via FTP and navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and find and remove that plugin folder.

  If you don’t know how to do this, contact your hosting provider One.com for help.

  Then, once your site is back online, you should reach out to the plugin developer to find out why their plugin broke your site. You can find their support forums here:
