My homepage just shows up as "not found". Why?

I think I got a little delete crazy in the beginning…how do I fix this to problem?

Hi there,
No worries! This is actually happening not because you deleted items in your Dashboard, but because you haven’t created any posts yet.
Your homepage is automatically set as your posts page. Once you publish a post, content will appear on the front page and will remove the “Not Found” error.
