My host said I need your IP address

My host said that I need to get an IP address from WordPress so that I can update the A record with my host. Where do I find this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The support docs are all at http://support.wordpress.com
Search for A record https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=a+record
Results https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/setting-custom-a-records/ -
WordPress.COM blogs do not have permanent IP addresses. IP addresses here can and do can change over time and your domain may stop working if you rely on them. For more information about domain mapping and IP addresses please read https://en.support.wordpress.com/ip-addresses/
What is the domain URL? -
It’s fpc-holt.org. Now my host is saying “You have pointed the domain to URL https://fpcholt.wordpress.com/ , however this URL points back to your domain ‘fpc-holt.org’. You can confirm this by accessing the URL https://fpcholt.wordpress.com in browsers. So please contact WordPress and rectify the issue with the URL https://fpcholt.wordpress.com.” How do I changethe WordPress URL so it doesn’t point to fpc-holt.org?

You need to visit the site of whatever domain registrar you used to register the domain, and update your name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comNo need to add any A records.
Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours for changes to take full effect.
