My hotmail can’t get log-in linkage

  years ago, I have this website: https://icerita1124.wordpress.com/

  My log-in account email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  In 2014, hotmail is transferred to outlook.

  now I forget my password to log in this wordpress website, but wordpress can only email log-in linkage to my hotmail box.
  I can’t get the email.

  Is there anyone who can help to fix it by informing wordpress administrator to change my account email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
