My HP High End theme is not mobile friendly even with WP Touch

I have an HP Highend theme. I can not make it mobile friendly for some reason. I installed WP Touch and still no luck. If WP Touch Pro would work I would install it but I cant get the original one to work so it would make no sense to get the PRO version. Can you help? Thanks

That theme does not exist here at WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for any sites that are not hosted here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
