My HTML command tabs disappeared

    I tried to resume blogging after two years but the WordPress format has completely changed.

    I spent hours but I simply could not find any command tabs under ”HTML” anymore. There are command keys under ”Visual” but absolutely none under ”HTML”. Where can I find them?

    I felt like an idiot as it should have been such a simple thing to do. Please help. Thank you so much
