My HTML/VISUAL VIEW not working

Does anyone know how to get the Visual viewer working again when creating a post? My has been stuck on html view and I have tried everything to change it. (uninstalling plugins, checking and unchecking the visual view box) Nothing seems to be working, Thanks!

When I log into my site, it’s under WordPress.com
it says unknown email when i log into wordpress.org…Is there a universal way to switch the HTML back to visual?
I’ve tried 5 different ways, but it will not change back. -
You won’t have a WordPress.org login unless you’ve posted in the forums there at some point. You will need to create a WordPress.org account to post in those forums, as neither your WordPress.com account credentials, nor the admin user credentials for your site, will work there.
Your site appears in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin. But your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and is not using our version of the WordPress software. Your site is using the open source version made by the community on WordPress.org, so that’s where you need to ask for advice when something is not working as it should.
We have no control over how your site works, and we’re not able to help with this here.
