My https://wordpress.com purchases dont show up in the https://woocommerce.com My Subscriptions

    I have asked for help on the https://woocommerce.com and they can’t seem to link my https://wordpress.com purchases to their My Subscriptions section. I have had a Opayo Payment Suite subscription with wordpress.com since 20/01/2021 and it renewed this year on the 20/01/2022. I purchased an Opayo Payment Suite from woocommerce.com on the 26/11/2021 for our new web site still in development. when I disconnected our existing site at the beginning of January to when I reconnected it would only show the woocommerce.com on the 26/11/2021 as the woocomerce is the only one showing now, and I can’t connect my WordPress subscription to the woocommerce.com payments anymore.

    Please can someone help me. I need the use of the second subscription I have paid for. I either need someone to refund me for the January renewal as it hasn’t been used bar a few days at the end of January and then I reorder it via woocommerce.com. Or I need someone to link my purchases to both accounts. as they are now the same log in and the system doesn’t differentiate.
