My identity
-
Recently I have lost access to my Google domain unitedfamilyfoundations.org, along with all of my Gmail accounts except for the newest one, as well as all of my social media accounts. Due to an account that had been compromised through my mom’s home computer that all of us had used in the home. It had been compromised well over a year ago and I had never been informed to insure my own accounts were safe. So now here I am everything I have saved and worked on for the last 20 years of my life and all of my plans to provide a better future for my growing boys is gone. I have tried to file identity theft with the local Police department whom informed me that because nothing has actually been taken there was nothing they could do. I put in a form with the government and nothing. I have reached out everywhere I can and nothing seems to help. I can no longer access the emails associated with the 2 factor identification or the id me authenticator I had been using. And this brand new phone I just got has me locked to a company I have no idea about, and this is and has been my personal number since my dad passed away in 2015. Can you help. I can’t even access my Spotify and music is a necessity

Hello,
I’m truly sorry to learn about the challenges you’re facing. It must be incredibly frustrating to encounter difficulties with your website and domain. I understand how important it is to have everything running smoothly.
I want to clarify that while we provide managed hosting services for the WordPress software (from WordPress.org), the domain you’re referring to is actually registered with Squarespace, not with us. As of September 27, 2023, all domains previously registered with Google Domains were transferred to Squarespace, as stated on their website https://domains.google/
As for the other issues you’re encountering, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our end. If you’re unable to access certain accounts, your best course of action would be to reach out to Google directly for assistance.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck in resolving these challenges.
