I need assistance, i have a stalker who is an absolute nutcase. He has assumed identity and hacked my emails, contacted my phone company and pretended to be me had my service disconnected. This is with the Australian Police and Court as its now getting out of hand. He is now trying to ruin my career and life by posting the following blog:

The facts are untrue, some pictures are real, some aren’t. How can I have this removed??????????????????
I have filled in the abuse form several times and had no luck as of yet. Please help.

I think this might be a case where you want to directly contact support. They have the tools and ability to either deal with this or refer you to the right person.

He’s already done so repeatedly apparently. It appears that staff are not taking as aggressive approach with these kinds of things as they used to.

I’m in the processing of gathering all the evidence to sue him! Have emailed wordpress now 8 – 10times and still no response.
Was in court again today with suspected person but need this taken down asap and not sure why wordpress.com hasn’t responded as yet!

The Terms of Service group has been leaving a lot of junk up of recent – blogs that used to be gone in a couple of hours are now left up for weeks –
Someone has flagged this for staff attention

I did, but I don’t have high hopes. I know a California lawyer who’s reported a blog which exists solely to slag him…he’s reported it repeatedly and gotten legal judgements against the blogger, but it makes no difference.

Its absolutely disgusting that this sh*t website can be used by absolute scum of the earth and the staff dont take serious matters serious.

Hi “rootjosh” is you could that would be great. I have just received an auto response over 1 week later basically saying wordpress has no need to remove this!

While I can appreciate the frustration, the Terms of Service team operates under a very specific set of rules and process. Without them, we would be in a situation where anyone could demand that any other user’s content be removed for any reason. I would encourage you to re-read whatever was sent and follow the instructions or advice contained therein.

Encourage me re read what they advised? They told me to contact the blogger on the details on the page! They are MY details, so how exactly would I contact the blogger! Or the other suggestion was go to the US court and get a order, a little difficult when I live in Australia! I’m sure if I did a blog about the website or the staff for the company action would be taken!
Absolutely useless company that takes no responsibility for the actions that come from blogs on there site. I’m disgusted that a criminal that I have an Intervention Order against who is denying everything can so easily get away with this, putting up false rumours about me, apparent naked photos and disclosing my personal details!!!!!!
