My image can't upload because of security reasons?
-
It’s an image of a guys face with a misshaped jaw which I made in Sketchbook, the image isn’t offensive.
I changed the file type from .tiff to .jpg and even tried .jpeg (I know theres no difference but you never know)
but still, I’m unable to load the image as a banner due to “security reasons”

Hi @varaeldur, can you upload the image to another service such as Cloudup or Dropbox, and send a link? I’ll take a look.

Heya, I literally just got it to work now!! after trying for so long.
Rather than changing the file type after I saved it as a Sketchbook .tiff file, I changed the name and created it as a .jpeg file in the save option of Sketchbook and it just worked straight away!
Sorry, and thank you both for your help.

No worries, I’m glad you worked it out. :) The one you uploaded to Cloudup didn’t work (unless it did and you had deleted it) so I’m guessing it was just something with that particular file.
