My images can’t be seen
-
On my blog I have been trying to add screenshots. Before it didn’t work but it finally did! But now when I upload them and insert them in the blog it is almost all white and you can barely see the picture. Am I supposed to use something else then paint or…?

From a website. A just pushed Print Screen SysRq Then pasted the screenshot in Paint, cut out the part I wanted, got up another paint page and pasted the screenshot there. I then saved it as PNG and uploaded it, inserted in my blog and it came out that way.

you pasted the part you wanted in a white page that was bigger than your image. the white you see is THAT white!
do you use firefox? if so, you might try to learn how to cut out a portion of a webpage and save it as an image here:
Turn a web clip into an image and generate an image url at Kwout
if you have any problem, feel free to ask the blogger (that would be me!) for solutions! :D

Thank you so much! And yes I use firefox.
I am sorry I took up your time… But I am clueless when it comes to this!

no need to be sorry. i love to help! :D
don’t hesitate to ask for help in my blog, ok? i was a newbie once, too! -
here is an alternative solution.
this post lists websites where you can resize images online – some of them allow you to crop (cut out) images too. so you can cut out just the portion you want! :D
the first solution is better in my opinion cos you in that method you don’t have to upload the image yourself. they give you an image code for you to paste!

I just saw the fire-fox add on, so I think I might do that instead of adding it to what ever. The add on seems a lot simpler!
