my import didn't work

  I am trying to import a .xml document from my university’s wordpress site…and it says it uploaded, but no content appears! Please help.

  It looks like the import succeeded, but you still need to do a few things to set up your site.

  You can see your content at http://visualimagesontheweb.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  First of all, you have pages, but no posts, so you should change your settings to show one of your pages as your home page:

  https://visualimagesontheweb.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

  Second, you need some site navigation. You might create a Custom menu to display your pages, or you might choose a different theme that doesn’t focus on a blog (unless your goal is to create one).

  You are awesome! Thank you. Once I read your reply the logic kicked back in. The changes in appearance threw me off, once I selected the theme the course was designed in, it all fell into place. Thanks again!
