my import is still in course after more than 24 hours

I have been trying to import my wordpress file and after more than 24 hours it appears that it is still in course.
I have not received an e-mail from you advising that it is ok or not.
I would like to be sure that everything is normal and that I will be able to import my whole file (articles, photos etc…).
Please could you check and let me know what happens ?

I have reset your site’s importer. Can you please try importing that file again? Let me know if it still won’t work.
