  My import is stuck. How do I reset?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Hey there!

  I am happy to look at the file for you and see if I can import it. If there’s something wrong with the file, I will need to you to do a new export and we can start fresh.

  Keep an eye out for an email from me. You can attach your XML file to that email in your response.
