my insert link button dead or hide or not working

  My insert link button and remove link button is dead or not working. So i can not insert any link in my post. What can i do now please help me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please check again. Check that you are using the Visual or Text Editor. The toolbars are different.

  And you must select text before clicking the button.
