My "Install Themes" tab is missing… :( please help

  There is no “install themes” tab on my appearance page of my dashboard?? what gives and how can i fix this?

  When using a WordPress.com hosted blog, we cannot upload our own themes to use. We must choose from the ~200 they offer. If you want to upload a custom theme you may be interested in a self-hosted WordPress installation. See more info in this article http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
