http://wonweak.wordpress.com/ should be a great new blog, but every time I try to publish a post, it fails to show up no matter what tag I hit. I’ve cleared cache, changed themes, changed gravatars, changed my nickname, re-posted several times to no avail.
Help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

“fails to show up no matter what tag I hit” – not published when you select the Publish option?, not in Google?, Post goes to Trash?

It takes rime for a gravatar to show up here and throughout the internet on sites that enable gravatars. If you are experiencing problems then go to the gravatar site http://en.gravatar.com/ and read the FAQs as it contains common questions and answers to them http://en.gravatar.com/site/faq/Like auxclass I see only a single post on your blog. This could be an indication that you have created “draft” posts or “draft pages” that have not been published as yet. Sorry for the confusion. When I click for the post to be published, it says it is. I see it on my site. When I click on any of the tags I’ve used, it doesn’t show up on the WordPress tag thingy posts about: I’ve even checked later on to see if there was a time delay, still nothing. That post you see is the same one I’ve been re-posting for days.

You have only one post dated today, the 4th of November. It will take a little time for your posts to start showing up in the global tags pages. Give it a week and you should start showing up.
Reposting the same post over and over on different days can mess things up, and could keep you from showing up on the tags pages I suspect. It isn’t a good idea.
Showing up in the global tags pages can take anywhere from a few days to a week.
Showing up on the search engines (google, etc.) can take 2-6 weeks depending on how many crawl requests they have queued up. Everytime you make a post, a “ping” is sent out by wordpress to all the major search engines and blogging services. You just have to be patient.

As thesacredpath says it can take a while to get indexed – I have a small secondary blog here that is a few months old now and Google gets the latest post in a few minutes – my main site that is over years old – Google gets the latest Post faster than I can do a search on the new Post title (if you want to see if you are in a search engine – do a search on the Post title in quotes)

I was having the same issue, but after reading this, I am no longer worried or concerned where why my post wasn’t being published.
So thank you K1521207 for having the same issue as me.
