My invited users DID NOT get my invitation, so they cannot accept it and it mean

  My invited users DID NOT get my invitation, so they cannot accept it and it means the are not able to function as Authors. It means my invitations were not sended.
  Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
