My invited viewers are not being approved to view my private website

    Hi, I have heard back from someone that I have invited to view my private blog / website that they are not getting approved to view it even after they have created an account. My one friend has tried to create an account (after i sent her an invitation) and hasn’t been approved and instead got a message that it is on reserve and might become available. I’m not sure if others are having this problem and didn’t want to email and bother me of if it is just her.

    I have not received an email asking me to approve her as a viewer (which I shouldn’t need to do since I invited her but of course I would approve it if I got the email).

    I’m obviously a little upset that people are being denied access to the website and I thought I did everything properly to invite people. What can I do?
