My invites suddenly don't seem to be working

My invites don’t seem to be working, please see 4 invites I have attempted.
When I e-mail these people, they say they are not receiving the invite?

Yes, this is how I’ve always done it.
Can you look at my ‘Past Invitations’ list and see the last 4 on it who did not actually receive a request?

I just noticed that the URL that I see on my blog (http://jlcpensees.wordpress.com/)
is different than the one you referenced (http://jlcrancedotcom.wordpress.com/)Could this be the problem?

Yes — it appears you’ve two separate blogs.
Could you try resending the invitations to your users here?

You don’t need to delete one of them. You’re allowed to have as many blogs under your account as you like.
If you want to delete one of them, you can navigate to the appropriate blog’s dashboard:
http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogsThen, go to Tools -> Delete Site, and read through the prompts carefully.

This is the blog that doesn’t seem to be getting the invite to the people I send it to. I’ve sent the invites out from here on 4 separate E-mail addresses at least 6 times each!

Ok, it looks like quite a few were able to accept.
Please try the resend link one more time at Users -> Invite New, then ask them to check their email’s spam folders.

I found out that at least one of my Invitees DID get an e-mail to join, but found it too much of a hassle to complete on his cell phone.
Is this because I had my site set as ‘Private’? I went in and changed a place that seems to make it ‘Public’ thinking/hoping that accepting an invitation from me now will be more transparent?
Any thoughts?

The invite process is the same whether your site is public or private. It just sounds like that individual didn’t want to complete the invitation process on his phone.

BTW, since I changed my settings to Public, I e-mailed my Blog link directly to someone and they can now view it.
Can they also comment?
