  Hi I used to be able to view previous purchases. I need to get the latest invoice for our accounts department. When I go to it now I get a message please create a site. But my site is already created and online. Please advise?

  It means that site is connected to another account of yours. Perhaps the account robertgeorge is that account?

  I have logged out and in again with my gmail account using SSO, but still no joy. WordPress.com can you advise what to do? We need the invoice in order to settle up with you…

  Thanks for the address. That site is connected to another account. You’ll want to log out and log back in using the same email address where your receipts are sent.
  If you don’t remember the credentials, look for the latest transaction ID and use it with this form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.
