'my' IP address is blacklisted and I can't access my website from my own computer

  My site is blocked from my home computer. I get a message saying that my IP address, (which isn’t mine at all) has been blacklisted. My site is http://www.worldwidewriting.org Many thanks for your help in sorting this out for me.
