My IP has been blacklisted – why?

  I have been awarded a Best Moment Award by a blogging friend but when I tried to collect it for my blog from momentmatters.com I was denied access, the message was Access denied IP address is blacklisted, I don’t know why.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is not a WordPress issue; your IP address is issued by your ISP.
