My ISP is talk talk. why will my dashboard not load

I cannot get to see my own blog. I cannot update my blog as the dashborad will not appear. Google Chrome tells me it either does not exist or it took too long to respond. My ISP is talk-talk/Tiscali.

Hi there, customers using Talk Talk have had some problems loading WordPress.com sites recently due to Talk Talk blocking WordPress.com at their end. The latest updates are posted here:

We have been working with Talk Talk to have them lift the block and hope things will be back to normal soon. Updates will continue to be posted in the above thread.
