My Jetpack Subscription

    Hello, i purchased the woocommerce + marketplace plan, that should have a 12 month subscription to Jetpack. Yet in my wordpress dashboard Jetpack is asking me to subscribe to access it. You guys did some changes to my account to change my host domain from something.bluehost.com to my own domain name and i believe i lost the jetpack subscription when you guys did that. I have the invoice in my email if you need it.

    It looks like your plan is part of your Bluehost hosting package. Since these are the forums for sites hosted here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to help with this. However, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Reach out to Jetpack Support so they can look into this for you and get your plan properly applied to your account and fix any other issues when your domain was updated.
