my laptop I used to use, died. I'm on a new computer, 2 step auth isn't working

  I moved to a different computer, and now cannot access my page, what do I do? I can’t do the 2 step authentication, I’m not getting the code, and I cannot access the admin portion of my page. Please help!

  Hi there. Am I then correct in assuming you’re using a different account to post here? Because if you can post here then you are logged in.

  If 2-step doesn’t work and your backup codes won’t work either you’ll have to submit the Account Recovery Form. Then staff will contact you privately to help you resolve this. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  I am “logged in” but when I go to the admin panel, I cannot add anything like tools etc to the page. I don’t think I had any back up codes either. :/ Thank you for the help

  What do you mean “add tools to the page”? There is a Tools section in the dashboard, but it’s not possible to add anything to what’s already there.
