My latest blog is not showing paragraph breaks.

My latest blog is not showing paragraph breaks. It is supposed to show 4 paragraphs, as that is how it looks in my editing screen. When I publish it, however, there are only 2 paragraphs, one that looks normal and one that looks all strange and unprofessional.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there. I visited your blog and see the trouble you’re having with paragraphs. When I take a look at your code, I see that you have a lot of extraneous formatting. Please open your blog post in the editor (Posts → All Posts → Blog Post Name), then click on the Text tab above the box that contains your post’s content.

You can delete all the instances you see of:
    <div style=”color: #222222;”> and </div>

Then click on the Visual tab above your post’s content, and add the paragraph breaks you desire.

Did you copy/paste this text from Word or another outside software? If so, this could be the reason you experienced the trouble. Please let us know if it happens again, or if we can help further with this post.

    Thanks so much!

Thank you very much. That fixed it. I think I did write the post in Word during my lunch break, then copy & paste it here when I got home from work. I will try not to do that in the future. Thanks again!

Awesome. Glad it worked out for you.

A hint: if you need to write your post in Word in the future, I find it works best to paste into the Text editor, rather than Visual. Text editor will accept it as raw text. Visual wants to maintain as much of your formatting elements as possible. This can make things appear a little wonky.

Once you paste into Text editor, you can return to Visual editor to do all your formatting and inserting of media.

Hope this helps! Wishing you the best.
