My latests Posts do not show the image on my homepage.

  Hi, my latest 3 posts do not show an image on my homepage. I have tried to do it several times via the ‘Write a post’ button in several locations but it is not showing. If you click on the grey box (on Home page where the image is supposed to be) it does show you the image. How can I get the images to show on the Home Page?
