My law firm’s site is down. Our domain is registered with Network Solutions, but it was created with WordPress. It is down

We can’t log in to our account. Our website is offline. Our old logins do not work. Network Solutions has advised that everything is fine on their end. I am new to this and don’t know if there is a payment issue or what. I can’t reach anybody since our account seems to not exist.

Hey there, if the site is hosted here with us, we can help you fix whatever is wrong and regain access. It sounds like the site may use a different hosting services, but we’d be happy to double check and point you in the right direction.
Could you send a link to the site?
Also, here’s a little info about our managed hosting vs the free software:

Our site is: http://www.leahywrightlaw.com
I am new to this. The webpages were created by someone who is no longer here. I do not believe that this was a WordPress hosted site. I checked with Network Solutions, and they said that there are no problems on their end, and then they told me to contact you. -
Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host SITE on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your web designer used the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Our systems here on WordPress.com operate differently so we don’t have experience with what is causing the issue on your site.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
