My Leave a reply button does not work

  I am new to wordpress and I am having some issues. When a user clicks on Leave a reply it takes me back to my index page on my website. Also if you click on the topic it takes you back to the index page of my site. How and where can I fix this issue. I have never been able to leave comments on topics so far.
