"My Link Order" – help me, please!

I used My Link Order when I rebuilt my site last spring, and it was great. I never noticed that it wasn’t working until recently. Now, nothing is ordered the way I want it. It shows that it is on the back end, but not on the site. All the posts I’ve found related to this being used as a side-bar, but I’m using it for the main menu of my page.

I’m using the ProPhoto theme from ProPhotoBlogs. I do not know any coding, so please keep that in mind when replying. :)
Also, at the time I built this, this was how I was told to create the menus (basically setting up all of my pages as links and activating the blogroll). If there is a better way to do this, I am all ears!
