My links don’t categorize anymore?

  Hi everyone.

  I recently added a ‘Links’ widget on the side of my navigation, but realized it just ordered all my links under one category which was called “Links”. I want to differentiate my links into different sections, so I removed that widget hoping to restore it to default.

  When I removed the widget, all my links disappeared. I don’t know how to get it so that my links are under different categories anymore. Any help would be great!

  In your dashboard under links, do you have them assigned to different categories?

  I see only four links. What categories have you assigned them to?

  Then it must be your theme.

  I’m thinking this is something that needs to be taken up directly with staff. Since there have obviously been some theme tinkering by them over the past week, this may an unintended result of their tinkering. This theme has always separated links by category names before.

  I’m having exactly this problem, casettes. My links are sorted by category on one page, but will not sort on the other. I am using the same theme for both.

  Did you ever get a response? Would you post it here? This seems to be a recurring problem.

  I may have just fixed my own problem: I added (or possibly re-added) the “Links” widget, and now everything categorizes just fine.

  Odd that without the Links widget, links would display but not categorize…
