Hello there,
This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This means we are not able to help with this site.
You would need to reach out to the hosting provider of the new migrated site to see about getting access to this installation.

host says info not correct is my login on WordPress.
Strange thing I login just fine and thus posted that question here.
I do not require my hosting credentials, also have those and understand those are between them and me… -
Hi there,
As mentioned above, we can’t help directly because we don’t host beaconsoflove.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (InMotion Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com for enhanced security, so our password recovery process dos not work on sites hosted with other providers.
Strange thing I login just fine and thus posted that question here.
To clarify, we are a managed WordPress service where we pre-install a lot of functionality that you do not have by default if you use another provider. To help with that we offer a plugin called “Jetpack” and this plugin adds our cloud-connected services to your site. It is an like having several plugins in one, and it adds site stats, contact forms, automatic sharing to Facebook and Twitter, etc. To use those cloud-connected Jetpack services you do need an account with us, but it’s a separate account, and is not tied to your site login directly.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through InMotion Hosting, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org support article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
You can ask InMotion Hosting support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help. You can also find assistance in the community forums for the version of WordPress that your host uses. The folks there are more familiar with your login system and also in a good position to help: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hope that points you in the right direction!
