My login info isn't recognized.

    So I’m running into this issue attempting to integrate Facebook/Woocommerce (that is a different plugin I understand, but let me explain). I get to the point where I can click “done” and then Woocommerce tells me it runs into an error. I believe the error is this: when I go to login to get help for Woocommerce, it tells me to login to WordPress, and then proceeds to tell me my username doesn’t exist and that my email address isn’t registered, though I am literally logged into my WordPress account in another tab, and I checked and the info matches my profile so I don’t understand what is happening. I was combing through forums and found nothing that would help me.

    I can provide more information if needed to help me solve this, I just don’t know what is going on.

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out and that information.

    It looks the integration would be set up in a different place. From what I can see, to complete this set up, you would need to go to WP Admin > Marketing > Facebook and then complete the steps on that page.

    Have you attempted to follow those steps? If yes, what has happened exactly?

    Yes so I got to Facebook integration through my WordPress dashboard (the admin) and it takes me through all the next steps to complete the process in a Facebook tab with a Woocommerce popup, I go through the steps until I press the Done button, and then Woocommerce says: Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.
    I’ve tried multiple times and then I’ve also tried deactivating the plugin, then reactivating it. I tried to go to Woocommerce for support first, but it doesn’t let me login as it doesn’t recognize my account as a WordPress account. So I’m thinking that the reason Woocommerce can’t connect to Facebook is because it doesn’t recognize my user, even though I access that page through my WP admin.
