My login is saying it's invalid for my dashboard

I had my laptop save my username and password to my website at http://www.blazingtshirts.com. The username was monstermike with the password being [removed by staff] and I am no longer able to log in as it says the username or email is invalid. How do I correct this?

I’ve tagged this thread with modlook so a member of staff can remove your password.
If you reuse the same login details for other services, I would recommend changing them in case somebody has made a note of them – these forums are public.

garysixtyeight is correct. Contacting your web host is the best way to go regarding resetting your password if the methods outlined in https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password do not work for you.
Thank you for the tag, by the way – I have removed the user’s password, as this is a public forum. We recommend changing any passwords that were similar to, or the same as that one immediately.
