My login name is Black Rose but I cant access it.

    I cannot login to my exisitng account even though I have recieved more than one email from you it keeps giving me this new account which is not what I chose or originally signed up for I cant delete it and im having so many problems please can you help me. My domain name it tanicia.co.uk and the email I got registered me as taniciac however I cannot access the site it keeps giving me taniciakerr9041 which I did not choose or want or accept. I have been trying to fix the problem for 3 hours please could you advise. I need to delete taniciakerr9041 with losing my account for 30 days

    However, the site address you mentioned isn’t hosted here, and doesn’t appear to be set up yet. It was just registered at Fasthosts.

    Where are you planning on hosting your website? WordPress software and WordPress.com are different sites. You might have created this account when adding the Jetpack plugin. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
