My logo is disappearing

  Please make my logo stay on the website. I upload it but it disappears and is not visible on my published site.

  The site I need help with is youneverwritealone.wordpress.com.

  Hi there!

  It sounds like you might be experiencing this bug.
  Could you try this workaround and let us know if that helps?

  Open a post/page in the editor and insert a Site Logo block. Replace the image with the desired logo and save the post.
  You can then delete the block from the post or the whole post after you save it.

  Thank you for your tip. I created a post with the a ‘site logo’ block, saved it, logged out of my account, cleared cache, and then opened it again. It still isn’t visible.
  1. Does the logo need to be a certain kind of file? It is a png file, and it has been resized by wordpress itself.
  2. Is there a bug in the theme? I’m using the theme Twenty Twenty.
  3. Can wordpress directly do something?

  This is a general bug; it’s not related to your theme, so, unfortunately, changing your theme will not make any difference here.

  We are currently waiting for our developers to deploy a fix. We’ll let you know once that has been done.
