    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. So anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com, is a fraud. It’s a very bad idea to post a phone number on a public forum unless you want to be flooded by spammers and scammers.

    As your site hasn’t been launched, we can’t see what’s the problem.
