No sites on the WordPress.com account you logged in to, are showing up as deleted.
vlmcneill.blog.com doesn’t show up in your account, so I think it could be hosted elsewhere.

TL:DR-
blog.com is defunct. Here at WordPressdotcom, we do not keep backups of other host’s websites.Unless you downloaded a backup of your blog.com posts prior to the site going offline, we cannot help you restore your blog.com content to your new WordPressdotcom website.
You may be able to find, copy and paste your old blog.com content from places like Google’s cache or from the Internet Archive Wayback Machine if they indexed your site.
My suggestion to you is to start fresh on your new WordPressdotcom site. Here again are some resources to get you started:
