my main nav menu links will not work

  This is the link I use https://www.sneakyninjas.com//tournamatch.php?file=ladders but seems to not allow these characters, ? – . or =
  I have also deactivated every plugin with no difference, I am using WP version 4.9.7 seems this is a problem version.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  @pahkiller2 Your not using a “fake” version or anything like that, WordPress comes in two flavours: self-hosted and WordPress.com, and the differences are explained here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
