My media does not always show in the media folder

  I’ve uploaded several pictures to my media folder. when i go back to the media folder later to use the pictures sometimes there is no pictures showing at all. it doesn’t happen all the time. anyone had this problem?

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  thanks so much! simply clearing the browser history worked. just for the record i’m using safari 13.1.1

  I’m glad that worked out. I have not heard any similar reports but, in case this issue keeps happening, reach back, we’ll see if there’s anything else that can be done.
