  how do i get all my pages listed on my menu?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do not use a custom menu and they will all be in your page tabs automatically. If you use a custom menu you have to add each of them by hand.

  Hi but I can’t find pages to put them in menu – how do I do that as usually they are listed and I can select?

  As raincoaster said, Yoko (like most but not all themes) automatically displays links to your static pages in the top menu: you don’t have to find or put anything anywhere, except if you want to create a menu that displays other links too.
  Have you created pages via Pages > Add New? Can you see their titles in Pages > All Pages?
