My menu bar lacks icons for Appearance and Users

  I’d like to add a twitter feed and link blog posting to twitter, but my menu bar lacks an “appearance” icon. How does one re-establish that icon?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If this is the blog you are talking about, http://sweetlifebakery.wordpress.com/ ?

  If yes, then log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
