My menu doesnt display on a mobile device

The menu bar works on my laptop. However, on my iPhone the drop down menu doesn’t display options, so I can’t navigate to a different page.

Sorry you are having issues with your mobile menu, I noticed you have opened a few other posts about this issue, I have marked these as duplicates and will reply here to keep everything in once place.
As @mywritingmuscle mentioned above, you are using a self hosted version of WordPress and might get more luck over there. As these forums are for the fully hosted version.
But I can see the mobile menu isn’t working, so its not just an issue for you. I noticed you said different themes have the same issue. These different themes might use different layouts, so I don’t think the theme is the issue here. Its more likely its a plugin that’s causing the issue.
What I find odd is the theme doesn’t seem to be loading any of its own JavaScript (which it will use to toggle the menu), and as you say its happening with multiple themes that’s why I think its a plugin.
From the looks of it I would say try disabling the AMP plugin, AMP can be great as it loads web pages really quick, but they do restrict what can be loaded and shown. I would think this is causing the issue.
Try disabling this and seeing if that works. If not I would definitely open a post in the WordPress.org forum. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Also if you have any cache plugins installed, try clearing the cache first.

Thank you for explaining which support forum I should reach out to for help. (It is confusing to me.) It turns out that the AMP plugin was the issue, so once I disabled it, all is well. Thank you for your help!
