My menus have disappeared! And now my page info doesn't exist!

  I was going in to edit a menu item and the computer froze in the middle of me making the correction so I refreshed the screen. The next thing I knew, I got an error message saying there was a problem with my metadata and then when I went to look at my site, all of my info was gone and it said I no longer had a page. Please help!

  Yeah I saw that. It’s crazy. They aren’t telling me what the violation is but they’ve shut it down. I’m totally confused. I’ve had this blog for years.

  My dashboard is telling me the same thing but no clarification on it. Not even a reference to what specifically the problem is. WordPress itself hasn’t responded yet to my inquiry.
