  MY META DESCRIPTION DISAPPEARED

  I entered meta description to all pages and when I go back all the information is gone.

  Why?

  Can you share the URL of the page you are entering your meta description on, and tell us a bit more in detail about the steps you took, what you added, what you see now, etc.

  I wish I could, now another problem is that I have no access to edit. See a screenshot of what I get when I tried to use “edit” or “customize”. I am losing my mind now. Well it is not allowing me to upload a screenshot now.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any errors displayed on your site, and in my tests I have been able to access the admin areas without issue.

  Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

  • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
  • Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
  • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
